1.Main Functions

1. Collect pulse signals from keyphasor transducers (eddy current / magnetic pickup probes) to accurately measure rotating equipment rotating speed, phase angle and 1X reference trigger signal.
2. Supply unified keyphasor reference to other vibration monitoring modules of 3500 rack system, supporting vibration phase analysis, order spectrum calculation and rotor dynamic balancing computation.
3. Supports dual-channel keyphasor input, and outputs synchronous phase pulse signals to upper-level control systems.
4. Equipped with signal fault diagnosis, open-circuit detection and signal amplitude over-limit alarm functions, to realize unit protection interlock logic with the whole 3500 monitoring rack.

2. Application & Usage

It is matched with Bently Nevada 3500 series vibration monitoring & protection systems for steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, fans, electric motors and gas turbines. Widely applied to online condition monitoring and emergency trip protection of large rotating units in industries including petrochemical, thermal power plant, metallurgy, coal chemical and natural gas pipeline transportation. It is the core reference acquisition card for rotor vibration analysis and shafting fault diagnosis.
