1.Core Functions

Multi-channel power distribution for the whole system Equipped with multi-layer power plane copper layers, it converts and distributes main input voltage, supplies multiple isolated regulated DC power to CPU boards, I/O modules and communication cards inside the S600 rack, with integrated filtering, over-current and short-circuit protection circuits.
System bus backplane data transmission Multiple DIN European slots are integrated on the board as the base backplane of S600 rack, realizing signal and data bus interconnection between CPU, I/O modules and communication cards, providing unified hardware bus channels.
System status monitoring & fault signal collection The MSC monitoring circuit collects real-time data of system voltage, current, temperature and module presence signals; the NMAM unit gathers equipment faults and alarm signals and uploads them to CPU for failure diagnosis.
Expansion of network and alarm signals Reserved external terminals to expand system alarm output and field communication links, compatible with upper monitoring system connection.
Integrated rack carrier Standard rack mounting dimension, acting as the basic carrier of S600 control system, all functional daughter boards are plugged into this backplane.
