3. Signal Conditioning & Aggregation for Multi-Power Circuits Isolate, filter and normalize analog/discrete feedback signals from up to six power distribution boards to eliminate EMI interference from inverters and excitation systems, ensuring stable power data transmission without false alarms.
4. Dual Redundant IONet Industrial Ethernet Communication Two independent redundant Ethernet ports realize millisecond-level automatic link switchover upon single cable failure. Transmit all power diagnostic data to Mark VIe main controller, HMI and upper SCADA system synchronously.
5. Plug-and-Play Auto-Recognition of Distribution Terminal Boards Built-in electronic ID on matched power distribution boards enables automatic identification of loop quantity, voltage rating and fuse capacity after power-on, eliminating manual channel configuration and shortening commissioning & replacement time.
6. Real-Time Hardware Self-Diagnosis & Fault Reporting Continuous self-check of module power supply, communication links and open/short-circuit acquisition channels. All power anomalies, blown fuses and ground faults generate millisecond timestamped SOE event logs for accurate fault tracing.
7. Power Early Warning & Maintenance Support Dedicated for power monitoring feedback (no trip output). Pre-warning of power degradation and cable aging allows scheduled maintenance during unit shutdown to avoid unplanned turbine outage caused by sudden power loss.
