4. Alarm Notification & Fault Query Receives real-time alarms for process over-limit, equipment faults and interlock actions with highlighted pop-up reminders. It fully stores historical alarm records with time stamps, supports filtering and export for maintenance staff to troubleshoot process abnormalities.
5. Trend Curve & Data Logging Built-in data archiving function stores historical curves of critical process parameters like temperature and pressure. Real-time and historical trends can be retrieved by time period for process analysis, energy consumption statistics and production traceability.
6. Hierarchical Access Permission Security Management Multi-level user access rights (Administrator, Operator, Inspector) are configurable. Different accounts correspond to differentiated operation authorities, restricting modification of critical parameters and equipment startup/shutdown to avoid production accidents caused by misoperation.
7. Local Parameter Configuration & Download PID control parameters, equipment setpoints and alarm limits can be modified locally, and updated values are synchronized to back-end DCS controllers instantly without visiting central control rooms.
8. Dustproof & High-Reliability Hardware for Wide Industrial Temperature Range Front panel with dustproof and waterproof design, adaptable to dusty and humid factory environments.
