It is a 15‑inch color industrial touch‑screen HMI dedicated for ABB System 800xA DCS system. It acts as on‑site human‑machine interaction terminal for process graphic display, parameter modification, equipment start‑stop operation, alarm pop‑up and historical trend review. It is equipped with Ethernet interface to connect to 800xA control network. Adopts panel‑mount embedded cabinet installation. Industrial hardware design with dust‑proof and anti‑vibration performance for harsh plant environment. It supports touch operation and external keyboard & mouse. It cannot operate standalone without System 800xA DCS.

2.Main Applications

Used as local operator terminal for ABB System 800xA DCS in power, chemical, metallurgy and paper‑making industries. Embedded installed in control cabinets or local operation consoles for operators to monitor production process, adjust parameters, operate equipment and check alarms and historical data. It is mainly used for spare‑part replacement of legacy 800xA projects.

Note: Model PP881 (3BSE092978R1) is EOL discontinued by ABB. Supply depends only on global surplus spare‑part stock. New projects shall adopt new‑generation HMI alternatives.
