Main Functions

1. Mixed‑signal acquisition and output: Integrate digital input, digital output, analog input and analog output channels to process both discrete and process analog signals simultaneously.
2. Field signal interface: Collect signals from on‑site sensors and limit switches; output signals to drive relays, valves, indicator lamps and other actuators.

1. Internal bus communication: Connect to the system I/O bus via 64‑pin ribbon cable X1, powered by I/O bus for high‑speed data exchange with the controller.
2. Watchdog safety protection: Built‑in watchdog function automatically resets outputs upon communication timeout to avoid equipment runaway and improve system safety.
3. Modular expansion: Can be mounted beside the controller or other I/O boards to expand I/O points of the control system; parameters can be configured uniformly by software.
4. Fault diagnosis: On‑board status indicators report module malfunctions and channel faults for convenient maintenance and troubleshooting.
