Main Functions

1. Hall‑effect non‑contact measuring principle. Detects speed gear teeth or shaft key‑slot and outputs frequency pulse signals for rotational‑speed measurement, zero‑speed detection and key‑phase acquisition. Frequency range: 0‑20 kHz, covers rotational speed up to 120 000 RPM.
2. Power supply DC 8‑31.2 V, square‑wave pulse output. Max sensing gap ≤1.5 mm for ferromagnetic gear teeth. Excellent low‑speed performance, capable of zero‑speed detection for barring‑gear condition.
3. Stainless‑steel probe housing with 3 m metal‑armored shielded cable. IP66 protection rating. Operating temperature ‑30 ℃ ~ +100 ℃, short‑time peak 120 ℃. Oil‑resistant, vibration‑shock resistant for harsh bearing‑box environment.
4. Direct connection to MMS6312 speed monitoring module, no eddy‑current preamplifier needed. Pulse signals can be sent to PLC or TSI system for speed indication, overspeed protection, zero‑speed interlock and key‑phase reference for vibration spectrum analysis.
