- Mounting base carrier: Integrated mounting thread structure provides mechanical interface between accelerometer unit and monitored rotating machinery such as motors and fans.
- Electromagnetic shielding: Metal housing offers EMI shielding, suppress electromagnetic interference generated by on‑site motors and variable‑frequency drives to stabilize vibration signal output.
- Sealing protection: Sealed construction achieves industrial environmental protection grade, prevents ingress of moisture and corrosive media to avoid damage to internal piezo core components.
Important note: This item is only sensor case housing, excluding internal piezo‑electric sensing core and circuit board. It shall be assembled with piezo‑element to form a complete accelerometer sensor.

Application Purpose
This is spare‑part component for Emerson CSI Machinery Health vibration monitoring system.
- Typical industries: Thermal power plants, gas turbines, fans, pumps, compressors and petrochemical rotating‑machinery condition monitoring.
- Application scenario: Replacement spare part for piezo accelerometer. Used when original sensor housing suffers impact damage, corrosion or thread failure.
- Mounted on casing surface of rotating equipment. After full assembly, the complete accelerometer collects vibration acceleration data and sends signals to CSI monitoring system for bearing fault and rotor unbalance diagnosis.
- It works only as maintenance replacement spare part. It cannot measure vibration independently; internal piezo‑sensing components must be fitted for functional operation.
