Main Functions
- Discrete digital signal acquisition: collect 24VDC field signals from limit switches, proximity sensors, relay contacts, valve position feedback and push‑buttons with multi‑channel input capability.
- Galvanic isolation and signal conditioning between field side and system side, suppress industrial electromagnetic noise and protect DCS controller hardware.
- Convert field contact status into internal bus data and transmit data to LCN network for controller and operator station reading and logic processing.

- On‑board self‑diagnosis: detect channel open‑circuit, short‑circuit and module hardware failure. LED status indicators are provided, fault alarms will be uploaded to DCS for quick troubleshooting.
