This I/O card belongs to Honeywell TDC‑3000 / Micro‑TDC3000 Distributed Control System, compatible with HPM and APM process managers for discrete signal acquisition. It is revised hardware upgrade version of 51304485‑100 (MU‑PDIX02), fully interchangeable within TDC‑3000 platform.

This module is End‑of‑Life (EOL), original new manufacturing has been discontinued. Most available units on market are used pulled‑out or refurbished tested spares.
Large quantity of these cards are still operating in legacy petrochemical, refinery, chemical and power plants. Card failure will cause loss of field status feedback and affect interlock logic judgement, so spare‑part replacement demand remains high.

Main Functions
- Discrete digital signal acquisition: 32‑channel 24VDC dry‑contact input for limit switches, proximity sensors, relay contacts, valve position feedback and push‑buttons.
- Galvanic isolation and signal conditioning between field side and system side, suppress industrial electromagnetic noise and voltage surge, protect DCS controller hardware.
