1. Dual‑axis Servo Power Driving It can drive two motor channels simultaneously, compatible with brushless‑AC (BLAC), brushless‑DC (BLDC), brushed‑DC and stepper motors.

• Supply voltage range: 15 V ‑ 75 VDC
• Continuous current: 7 A RMS per axis; peak current: 22 A per module
• Adjustable PWM switching frequency: 16 kHz to 96 kHz for low‑noise high‑dynamic performance.

2. Full‑closed‑loop Motion Control Supports S0/S90 quadrature encoder feedback for position‑loop, speed‑loop and current‑loop closed‑loop regulation. It realizes precise position, velocity and torque control for each independent axis. Built‑in encoder‑cable‑break detection function raises alarm once feedback signal is lost.
3. Integrated Hardware Protection & Diagnostics On‑board monitoring functions include over‑current protection, over‑temperature detection, power‑supply undervoltage and fault status reporting via backplane bus to the NYCe 4000 main controller. Fault codes help rapid troubleshooting and maintenance.
4. Backplane‑bus System Integration Installed inside NY‑series system housing, communicates with NYCe 4000 main‑control unit via internal backplane. Receives motion command setpoints from system CPU and outputs power signals to motors. Multiple drive modules can be combined to construct multi‑axis motion groups.
