Main Functions

Core Signal Processing for Flow Transmitter This is the main control motherboard of E+H FLOWTEC flow transmitter. It receives weak raw sensor signals from flow sensor probe, completes signal amplification, filtering, sampling and digital calculation, computes flow velocity, volume flow, mass flow and totalized flow values.More products: www.plcva.com
Measurement Parameter Storage & Configuration Management On‑board non‑volatile memory stores meter configuration parameters, calibration coefficients, range settings and totalizer data. Preserves critical metering parameters after power loss without external battery.
Analog & Digital Signal Output Processing Generates standard 4‑20 mA analog output, pulse / frequency output corresponding to measured flow values. Supports communication data interaction for local display module and external host system. Converts internal computed flow data into industry‑standard signals for PLC, DCS and recording devices.
Hardware Self‑diagnosis & Fault Detection Executes continuous hardware self‑check for sensor connection abnormality, signal over‑range, board hardware failure and configuration error. Triggers fault status output and alarm indication when anomalies occur for on‑site maintenance.
Internal Unit Communication Realizes data exchange with local display panel, power supply board and other auxiliary modules inside flow transmitter housing via internal connectors.

Note: 319120‑0200 A is EOL (End‑of‑Life) legacy spare part. Cannot operate independently; must assemble inside matching FLOWTEC flow transmitter housing together with sensor and power board. Original manufacturer mass production has been stopped, only available as aftermarket replacement spare.
