1. Integrated Mixed‑signal I/O Processing It is a DIN‑rail mount compact programmable protection‑control unit, powered by DC24V (power consumption <10 W). Equipped with multi‑channel digital inputs (dry‑contact / PNP 24 VDC), relay‑type digital outputs, and high‑resolution analog I/O channels (0‑10 V / 0‑20 mA). Relay outputs support both AC and DC load driving, with 2 A rated current per channel. It collects field sensor status, analog measurement signals and executes protection logic output.

1. IEC‑61131‑3 Standard Programmable Logic Execution Built‑in 32‑bit ARM processor, supports multiple programming languages: Ladder Diagram (LD), Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD), configured via GE Proficy Machine Edition software. Users can customize over‑current, earth‑fault, phase‑loss, overload and inter‑lock protection logic to realize flexible protection, interlock and sequence control for field equipment.
2. Multi‑protocol Industrial Communication Interface Comes with 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, RS‑232 and RS‑485 serial ports. Supports Modbus‑TCP/IP, Modbus‑RTU, ASCII protocols. It uploads real‑time measured values, fault codes and event records to SCADA, HMI or upper host systems; also receives remote control commands from host side.
3. Fault Recording, Data Logging & Self‑diagnosis Provides timestamp‑based event logging, fault data storage and internal self‑diagnosis functions. LED status indicators show module running, I/O and fault status. It records abnormal events for post‑fault analysis and on‑site troubleshooting; flash memory keeps program and historical data during power‑off conditions.
4. Modular Expandability & Industrial‑grade Hardware Adopts compact cabinet‑saving structure, wide operating temperature range:‑20 ℃ ~ +60 ℃, CE / UL certified. It supports external expansion I/O modules for scaling system capacity, and adapts to harsh vibration and electromagnetic interference industrial environments.

1. Secondary protection & control for low‑voltage power distribution system Used for protection and monitoring of LV feeders, small‑capacity motors, auxiliary power loops. Configures customized over‑current, ground‑fault and phase‑failure protection to avoid equipment damage caused by electrical faults.
2. Industrial‑process interlock and auxiliary control Deployed in power plants, water‑treatment, metallurgy and manufacturing sites. Realizes equipment interlock logic, local‑remote switching, condition monitoring and alarm output for auxiliary process equipment.
3. Machine‑level integrated automation control Serves as compact controller for special‑purpose machinery, material‑handling equipment and packaging lines. It handles signal acquisition, logic interlock and alarm management for standalone machines without large‑scale PLC hardware.
4. Retrofit & spare‑part replacement for legacy GE automation systems PR500UF is legacy GE Fanuc hardware. Widely applied as spare replacement module for existing production‑site control cabinets, to maintain and renovate old automation and power‑protection systems.
