Main Functions

1. Low‑flow Volume Flow Measurement Adopts variable‑area (rotameter) measuring principle. Measures small‑volume flow rate of clean liquids and gases. Local mechanical scale directly displays flow value, no auxiliary power required for local indication. Liquid measuring range: 1.6‑150 L/h; gas measuring range:16‑4800 L/h; turndown ratio 10:1, basic accuracy ±4% FS according to VDI/VDE 3513‑2.
2. Integrated Needle Valve for Flow Setting Built‑in precision metering needle valve. Operators can manually set and stabilize target flow for purge, sampling and dosing loops on‑site.
3. Single Adjustable Limit‑Switch Alarm (K1 feature) Equipped with one adjustable mechanical limit switch. Outputs dry‑contact switching signal when flow exceeds or drops below preset threshold. Send alarm/interlock signal to DCS, PLC or safety system for flow‑loss / over‑flow monitoring. S‑suffix means signal output via plug‑in connector for convenient field wiring.
4. Robust All‑metal Mechanical Construction Wetted parts available in stainless steel or special alloys. Working temperature range ‑40 ~ +200 °C, maximum working pressure up to 400 barg. IP65/IP66 enclosure rating, suitable for harsh industrial environments. Optional SilcoNert 2000 surface passivation for trace‑analysis gas sampling applications.
5. Explosion‑proof & Safety‑system Compatibility Available with ATEX / IECEx hazardous‑area certifications. Supports SIL 2 safety instrumented system usage; can reach SIL 3 under redundant 1oo2 configuration.
