1. 8-axis Independent & Synchronous Motion Control It supports up to 8 axes of servo or stepper control. Each axis supports point-to-point positioning, constant-speed movement, speed override and position override during motion. Pulse output range: 0.1 pps ~ 6.55 Mpps. 2. Hardware Interpolation & Motion Profile Built-in hardware interpolation engine: 2-axis circular interpolation, 2~4-axis linear interpolation, spline interpolation and 3-axis spiral interpolation. It supports T-curve and S-curve acceleration/deceleration to ensure smooth motion and reduce mechanical shock.

1. Multi-mode Homing Function Provides 13 different homing modes, adaptable to various mechanical origin detection requirements, including home sensor, index signal and limit switch combined homing logic.
2. High-speed Position Latch & Position Compare Trigger Output Hardware position capture (latch) for encoder position snapshot when external trigger signal arrives. Position comparison function can instantly output digital signal once axis reaches preset position, widely used for camera triggering, laser synchronous control and inspection signal capture.
3. Isolated Digital I/O & Axis dedicated signals Equipped with optically isolated general-purpose DI/DO (2500Vrms isolation). Each axis has dedicated motion signals: pulse/direction output, EA/EB/EZ encoder input, ±limit switch, home sensor, servo ready and servo alarm signals. It can directly handle emergency stop, limit interlock and servo handshake.
4. Multi-card Synchronization via COMI-BUS The proprietary COMI-BUS interface enables synchronization between multiple COMI-LX series cards in one PC, expanding total controlled axes for large multi-axis machines.
5. Software Development Support Supports Windows OS. COMIZOA provides COMI-XMaster and COMI-MotionBuilder configuration & debugging utilities. Rich library functions for C/C++, VB, Delphi and LabVIEW for secondary development. Real-time monitoring of axis position, speed, encoder status and fault diagnosis.
