It implements closed-loop regulation of output power, voltage or current with high measurement accuracy up to ±1%, maintaining stable plasma output under dynamic load fluctuation.
Arc Detection & Fast Arc Suppression Control Integrates dual arc-handling circuits (voltage arc & current arc detection). It instantly identifies plasma arcing, cuts off power output temporarily and executes automatic power recovery ramp sequence, protecting the power supply and process chamber from arc damage. Supports configurable arc trigger thresholds to adapt different thin-film recipes.
Signal Sampling, Inter-module Communication & Power Distribution Synchronously samples real-time voltage, current, temperature and reflected power signals from inverter, matching network and water cooling monitoring modules. It acts as the central signal bus, transmits commands and feedback data between logic unit, measurement circuit, load matching unit and local display panel, and distributes auxiliary power to each sub-assembly inside the power supply chassis.
Process Interface & Host PLC Communication Receives setpoint commands from the host equipment PLC via analog/industrial interface, uploads real-time operating status, alarm codes and fault diagnostic information. It supports recipe parameter storage, fault logging and local status indication.
Multi-protection Logic Management Monitors over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, water flow failure and abnormal impedance conditions.
