Signal conversion & galvanic isolation: Convert internal drive serial signals to RS485 differential signals; provide electrical isolation between the inverter and RS485 bus to suppress interference and protect equipment.www.plcva.com
Modbus RTU slave communication: Operates as Modbus RTU slave device, supports ABB Drives profile and Transparent profile; supports standard Modbus read/write register commands.
Remote drive control: Receive commands from PLC/DCS host to start, stop, enable run, set speed/torque reference, adjust PID setpoint.
Data acquisition & parameter modification: Read drive operating status, actual speed, current, fault codes; remotely edit drive parameters and reset faults.
Built-in bus termination resistor with fail-safe circuit, activated via jumper.
