Loop-powered operation: Powered directly by the 4–20mA signal loop from 2-wire transmitters; no separate external power supply required.
LCD process value display: Accept standard 4–20mA analog signal, convert and display physical values with 20-segment bar graph. Supports linear, square-root and filtered display modes, configurable on-site via local buttons.www.plcva.com
Pass-through signal: The 4–20mA signal passes through the indicator without interruption to PLC/DCS control system.
Rotatable LCD assembly: The display module can be rotated in 90° increments for convenient viewing at different installation angles.
Rugged housing: Low-copper aluminium enclosure, IP66 / NEMA 4X rating, corrosion and vibration resistant.
Hazardous area certifications: Explosion-proof / intrinsically safe options for explosive process environments.
On-site calibration: Set 4mA zero and 20mA full scale locally, define engineering units and measuring range.
