Single addressable detector loop interface: It serves as the communication bridge between the Consilium CCP fire control panel and all field addressable fire devices on one loop. It supports up to 254 addressable loop devices on a single loop circuit. www.plcva.com
Signal acquisition & data communication: Polls, receives and transmits analogue addressable signals from smoke detectors, heat detectors, multi-sensors, manual call points and loop auxiliary modules; transfers alarm, pre-alarm and fault data back to the main fire panel.
Circuit monitoring & fault diagnosis: Continuously supervises the integrity of the fire loop cable. It detects short-circuit, open-circuit, device missing and device failure faults on the loop.
Status indication: Equipped with front-panel visual indicators for Fire Alarm and Fault. The same alarm and fault status will also be synchronously displayed on the central fire control unit screen for operators. www.plcva.com
Loop power distribution: Supplies operating power to the addressable field devices on the detection loop.
