Introduction
Product Description: SIL3 safety rated boiler electrode-type level limit relay module, DIN rail mounting. It works with NRG1…-50 level electrodes to monitor the water level of conductive media. Complies with EN12952/EN12953 boiler standards; the marine version holds classification society approval. It is equipped with a time-delay cut-off circuit, electrode and wiring fault diagnosis, blowdown bypass sequence monitoring, status indicator LEDs and alarm output contacts, designed for low-water safety protection of steam boilers and hot water boilers.

Core Functions: Conductive electrode level detection and low-water monitoring; time-delayed cut-off of the heating circuit upon low-water alarm, safety interlock shutdown and latching protection (reset permitted only after water level recovers); self-check and alarm for open circuit, short circuit and wiring faults of electrodes; fault contact output and external alarm contact output for signal upload to the alarm system.
