Closed-loop precise positioning control for single pneumatic valve Single-channel servo output receives valve opening commands from DCS controller, and outputs drive signals to servo coils of pneumatic control valves. Equipped with LVDT valve stem displacement feedback sensor to collect actual valve opening in real time and form closed-loop regulation, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.4% full scale, eliminating opening deviation caused by medium pressure and mechanical friction.
LVDT displacement signal acquisition Supports 25 V AC peak-to-peak LVDT valve position feedback signals, dual input modes of differential and single-ended, with maximum annual signal drift of 0.5%, stably collecting real-time valve stem position data and uploading to the control system.
Dual serial communication ports for local and remote commissioning

SLIM bus RS485: Connects to Ovation system backplane bus for high-speed transmission of control commands, valve position data and fault signals with DCS controller.
Local RS-232 port: Direct connection with on-site PC for parameter configuration, online diagnosis, trend viewing and valve zero/span calibration.

Full-link self-diagnosis and fault alarm Real-time monitoring of module power supply, short/open circuit of servo coils, disconnection of LVDT feedback and bus communication interruption. Alarm codes will be uploaded to upper monitoring screen for rapid maintenance once faults occur.
Electrical isolation & industrial protection 1000 V DC dielectric isolation between field circuit and system logic side to resist electromagnetic interference from inverters and motors. It supports hot-swap in rack, and modules can be replaced without system shutdown for redundant systems; operating temperature range: -20℃ ~ +60℃.
Full compatibility with Ovation system configuration Fully matched with Ovation V3.5 and higher software versions, supports Ladder Logic and Structured Text programming. Operators can set valve PID parameters, upper/lower limit alarms and fault interlock logic on system monitoring screens directly.

Core Function Positioning It acts as the intermediate control unit between Ovation DCS and on-site pneumatic control valves, realizing automatic regulation of flow, pressure and temperature of pipeline media (steam, water, oil, gas, chemical liquids), which is a critical component for thermal power and chemical process control.
