Main Functions

1. Supplies regulated stable 24VDC power to system backplane, CPU processors and all I/O cards for Tricon safety system, supporting power supply for large quantity of I/O modules.
2. Supports redundant parallel operation. Two power supplies share load. If one unit fails, the other takes full load instantly, eliminating single‑point‑of‑failure and keeping safety system running continuously.
3. Equipped with surge protection and thermal shutdown protection. Built‑in power hold‑up capacity, prevents system reset during short‑term millisecond‑level power dip.
4. LED status indicators (PASS, FAULT, ALARM, TEMP) for real‑time self‑diagnosis and fault alarm. Hot‑swap supported, module can be replaced online without process shutdown.
5. Complies with IEC61508 SIL‑3 safety standard for high‑risk industrial safety interlock systems.
