Main Functions

Acts as the local I/O control interface for the MESA C3 process chamber, bridging the main system host controller and chamber‑level field sensors, actuators, valves, and interlock circuits.
Collects real‑time digital & analog status signals from chamber hardware: pressure sensors, temperature transducers, limit switches, door interlocks, gas valve feedback.
Executes output commands to drive chamber actuators: solenoid valves, relays, pump interlock controls, safety interlock logic.
