1. The matching VME backplane acts as passive interconnection hub. It provides mechanical slots and high‑speed signal routing for V7668A mainboard and other VME plug‑in boards, distributes system power, completes signal interconnection between all VME modules.
2. Mainboard collects status feedback from each sub‑board, sends out process control instructions, logs runtime alarm data, and supports remote host communication for fab monitoring system.
3. Industrial rugged hardware design, tolerates vibration, electromagnetic interference and wide temperature fluctuation inside semiconductor fabrication tool cabinet.
4. Whole set has been functionally tested: mainboard CPU, memory, network ports, VME interface and backplane signal channels work normally; cosmetic condition is fair for second‑hand spare part.
