1. Six‑channel independent PID closed‑loop temperature regulation: Each channel runs separate PID algorithm. Accept thermocouple or RTD sensor input; drive chamber heater loads to stabilize target temperature for semiconductor process chambers.
2. Multi‑sensor signal acquisition & conditioning: Receives real‑time temperature readings from chamber pedestal, heater blocks, gas manifold thermocouples. Performs cold‑junction compensation, signal filtering and noise suppression for high‑EMI plasma tool environment.
3. Digital host communication interface: Communicates with AMAT VME main system controller. Receives recipe temperature set‑points; uploads measured temperature values, loop status and fault codes back to tool host.

1. Integrated safety interlock & alarm handling: Detects sensor breakage, over‑temperature, heater short‑circuit or open‑circuit faults. Triggers hardware alarm signals, cuts heater output and sends interlock events to the equipment main controller to protect wafer and chamber hardware.
2. OEM customized firmware for AMAT: Pre‑loaded AMAT‑specific firmware for Centura / Endura platform. Supports process recipe parameter mapping, channel configuration and diagnostic logging without extra programming.More products: www.plcva.com
3. Modular rack‑mount hardware design: Fits inside AMAT equipment control chassis. 0195‑12883 is the spare circuit board sub‑part, while 0190‑26495 is the full assembled ready‑to‑install module.

This is proprietary spare hardware for Applied Materials semiconductor wafer fabrication process platforms, including Centura, Endura, PVD, CVD and etch tools.

1. Process chamber thermal management: Precise temperature control for wafer susceptor/pedestal, chamber walls, gas delivery manifolds. Critical to maintain stable thermal budget for thin‑film deposition and etch recipes.
2. Multi‑zone heater control: Manages multiple independent heating zones inside vacuum chamber to achieve uniform wafer temperature, improving wafer‑to‑wafer process repeatability and production yield.
3. Real‑time process monitoring: Transmits temperature telemetry data to fab host system for process logging, recipe traceability and equipment performance tracking.
4. Equipment safety protection: Detects thermal hardware failures, triggers tool interlock to stop processing, preventing wafer scrap and hardware damage.
5. Fab maintenance & retrofit:
   • 0190‑26495: Full complete replacement unit for field swap of defective SDU10 controllers.
