1.Main Functions

Acts as the core main‑controller hardware of DCS400 DC drive, executes closed‑loop control algorithms for DC motor speed loop, current loop and torque regulation.
Generates trigger firing pulses for thyristor power bridge, precisely controls the conduction angle of SCR power units to realize DC voltage/current adjustment.
Collects analog and digital feedback signals: motor armature current, field current, speed feedback from tachometer or encoder, digital interlock and command signals from field side.
On‑board non‑volatile memory stores drive parameters, configuration data, operation logs and fault event records; supports local parameter viewing via seven‑segment LED display on board.
Equipped with RS‑485 serial communication interface, realizes data exchange with upper‑level PLC, HMI or monitoring system; supports drive parameter upload‑download and remote diagnosis.
Integrated comprehensive protection logic: overcurrent, overvoltage, field loss, overspeed, thermal protection and hardware watchdog monitoring; triggers drive trip and outputs fault codes once abnormal status is detected.
Provides internal signal galvanic isolation between high‑power thyristor section and low‑voltage control circuit, improves anti‑interference capability for heavy‑industry cabinet environment.
Receives auxiliary 24 VDC power supply from drive chassis; exchanges internal data with other auxiliary boards through drive backplane connector.

Used for maintenance replacement of failed original control boards on existing running DCS400 drive units. This model is obsolete for new‑project implementation, only served as after‑sales spare‑part.
Cannot run independently. It must be inserted into DCS400 drive chassis and cooperate with power supply unit, thyristor power module and interface boards to realize full DC‑drive functions.
Transmits motor operating data, alarm and fault information to DCS / PLC system for centralized monitoring and equipment interlock.
