1. Electrical‑to‑Hydraulic Signal Conversion Receives standard 4‑20 mA DC control signal from turbine governor controller, converts analog electric command into proportional hydraulic output pressure (0‑10 bar). Drives single‑acting steam turbine valve servo actuators to adjust steam valve opening precisely.
2. Anti‑contamination Hydraulic Design Adopts self‑cleaning port structure. Tolerates contaminated hydraulic oil up to ISO 20/16 cleanliness level, greatly reduces failure risk caused by oil pollution which is a common pain point for turbine hydraulic components.
3. High‑precision Closed‑loop Pressure Regulation Built‑in internal pressure sensor for closed‑loop feedback control. Output pressure accuracy reaches ±0.5 % full span, with built‑in valve linearization function to eliminate non‑linearity of turbine servo mechanism, guarantee stable speed‑load regulation performance of steam turbine.
4. Redundant Signal Input Support Accepts dual redundant 4‑20 mA input signals from redundant turbine governors. Automatically selects valid control signal; supports primary‑standby dual CPC‑II configuration for high‑safety critical turbine loops.
5. Built‑in Unit Health Diagnosis Monitors input control signal, power‑supply quality and internal component status. Provides status indication for fault diagnosis; supports Woodward service tool for parameter configuration, trend data reading and fault recording access.
6. Fail‑safe Protection Performance When power supply is lost or control signal fails, the converter drives hydraulic output to predefined safe position, forcing steam control valve to close and realize turbine safety protection.
7. Harsh‑industrial‑environment Adaptability Heavy‑duty aluminum alloy housing, IP66 ingress protection. Operating temperature range:‑40 °C ~ +85 °C. Withstands high vibration, humidity and temperature fluctuation of turbine house environment.
