Signal wiring interface conversion It adopts dedicated high-density connector to connect with Tricon I/O modules (such as analog input, digital input/output modules). It converts compact multi-pin internal connector signals into screw terminal blocks for easy field cable termination. It routes field signals to TMR I/O cards of the SIS system.
Built-in circuit protection & signal conditioning Integrated fuses, filter resistors and surge suppression components on the board. It provides overcurrent protection, reverse polarity protection and noise filtering for field wiring, prevents surge or short-circuit faults from damaging expensive Tricon I/O modules.
Fault indication & maintenance test points Equipped with status LED indicators and test terminals. Technicians can check channel status, measure signal values and locate cable/channel faults on-site without unplugging the SIS I/O module.
Isolation and signal distribution for TMR triple channels Supports signal distribution for Tricon triple redundant channel architecture, maintains signal integrity for 2oo3 voting logic, ensuring consistency of signals sent to three independent processing lanes of Tricon I/O module.
