1. 4-axis Independent & Synchronous Motion Control It supports up to 4 axes of servo/stepper motor control. Each axis can execute point-to-point positioning, velocity profiling, continuous motion and electronic gearing. Multi-axis synchronous movement can be triggered simultaneously to achieve coordinated motion. Maximum pulse output frequency reaches 6.5 MHz, and the encoder input frequency supports up to 20 MHz for high-speed position feedback capture.
2. Multi-dimensional Hardware Interpolation Powered by ADLINK Softmotion technology, it performs hardware 2D/3D linear interpolation, circular interpolation and spiral interpolation. This enables continuous contour cutting and path planning without heavy calculation burden on the host PC, ensuring stable trajectory accuracy.

4. Hardware Position Compare & Trigger Output High-speed hardware position latch and position comparison function. When the axis reaches the preset position, it instantly triggers digital output signals. 5. Onboard Isolated Digital I/O Integrated 16 isolated digital inputs and 16 isolated digital outputs. It handles limit switch signals, home sensor input, emergency stop and equipment interlock signals, eliminating the need for an extra separate DI/O card.
6. Motion Monitoring & Diagnostic Supports real-time reading of axis position, speed, encoder status and alarm signals. It works with MotionCreatorPro 2 software for motion curve plotting, parameter tuning and fault diagnosis, shortening machine development and commissioning time.
