- Three closed-loop control modes Integrated current loop, speed loop and position loop control. Supports profile position, profile velocity, torque mode, home search and point-to-point positioning. Compatible with brushed DC motors (with encoder) and brushless EC motors (with Hall sensors + encoder). - Multi communication interfaces Main bus: CANopen (CiA 301 / CiA 402 servo profile), works as CAN slave node. Additional USB and RS232 for PC debugging via EPOS Studio software; supports USB-to-CAN gateway function.
- Encoder & I/O processing Receives differential incremental encoder signals up to 5 MHz. Equipped with digital inputs/outputs and 2 channels of 12-bit analog input for limit switch, home sensor, trigger and analog setpoint.
- Built-in protection & diagnostic Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, motor short-circuit and position tracking error protection. It records fault codes and uploads diagnostic status to host controller for troubleshooting.
- High efficiency power stage 100 kHz PWM power drive, maximum efficiency up to 90%. Small lightweight design (27g), M2.5 flange mounting for embedded integration.
- Programmability Parameters and motion sequences can be configured in EPOS Studio. Supports secondary development via DLL / shared library for C#, C++, LabVIEW, IEC61131-3 PLC systems.
