FW372(B) Analog Output Card

2. Intelligent card with independent CPU; monitors output current in real time.
3. Redundant configuration supported, bumpless switching during card failure.
4. Fault diagnosis for circuit and output channel, upload fault status to DCS.
5. Receives control commands from main control card, converts digital control value into analog 4–20mA signal to drive field actuators such as control valves.

2. Applications

These I/O cards are core analog input & output modules for SUPCON ECS-100 distributed control system.

• Industries: Chemical, petrochemical, power plant, water treatment, pharmaceutical, metallurgy.
• FW351(B): Collect 4–20mA signals from pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters, transfer field process data to DCS control station for monitoring and closed-loop calculation.
• FW372(B): Output 4–20mA control signal to pneumatic control valves, electric regulators to adjust flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level.
• Installation: Mounted inside DCS cabinet rack, matched with corresponding terminal boards.
• Purpose: Realize signal exchange between ECS-100 DCS and field instruments; support continuous process closed-loop control, alarm monitoring.
• Usage: New DCS project construction and spare replacement for existing ECS-100 systems.
