This PCBA is a core logic board for Nabtesco marine main engine remote control system:

1. Receive command signals from bridge control panel and engine control room panel, including engine start/stop, speed regulation and direction change commands.www.plcva.com
2. Collect feedback signals from the main engine: actual engine speed, crankshaft position, running status, pressure and temperature sensor signals.
3. Execute control logic: start permission interlock, speed comparison, forward/reverse rotation logic, start sequence control and stop command output.
4. Output control signals to drive relevant actuators, solenoid valves and relays to control fuel supply, air starting and reversing mechanism of the marine main engine.
5. Implement safety interlock functions: overspeed protection, emergency stop interlock, fault detection and alarm signal output.plcva.com
6. Detect internal circuit and signal abnormalities, generate fault codes for maintenance and troubleshooting.

2. Application

• Applicable equipment: Marine diesel main engine remote control system manufactured by Nabtesco.
• Installation location: Inside the main engine remote control cabinet in the ship’s engine control room.plcva.com
• Core purpose: Realize remote automatic control of the ship’s propulsion main engine, allow bridge officers to start, stop and adjust engine speed remotely, guarantee safe and reliable propulsion control during navigation.
• Maintenance scenario: OEM spare part. It is used for replacement when the original main board malfunctions, to restore the main engine remote control function and avoid ship operation downtime.
