The Rosemount 1054BLC-01 is a Low Conductivity Microprocessor Analyzer (Transmitter) manufactured by Rosemount (Emerson). It works with conductivity sensors to monitor water purity.

1. Core Measurement It continuously measures liquid conductivity to detect ion concentration and water purity. The suffix BLC stands for Low Conductivity, optimized for high-purity water such as condenser condensate, sensitively detecting trace contamination caused by leakage.
2. Temperature Compensation Supports automatic and manual temperature compensation with adjustable temperature slope (0~5%/°C), eliminating temperature influence and ensuring stable measuring accuracy.
3. Signal Output & Alarm Functions Provides isolated 4~20mA analog output to transmit data to DCS or gas turbine control system. Two built-in relay alarm contacts can be configured for high/low conductivity threshold alarming.
4. Local Display & Self-Diagnosis On-board digital display shows conductivity and medium temperature on site. It features sensor fault diagnosis and calibration reminder; parameter settings can be protected by password to avoid unintended modification.
5. Application on GE Frame 6B Gas Turbine Mounted on the condenser circuit to monitor condensate conductivity in real time. If condenser leakage occurs and cooling water infiltrates, conductivity will rise rapidly and trigger an alarm, protecting the gas turbine thermal cycle system from contamination.

Note: This model is officially obsolete (EOL). No new original production. The successor model 1056 cannot be directly replaced due to different configuration logic.
