Functions

1. Designed for Tricon TMR Triple Modular Redundant safety control system. It is a dedicated flat cable connecting analog output (AO) modules and terminal boards.
2. Reliably transmits multi-channel analog signals between rack-mounted AO modules and external terminal boards, ensuring stable transmission of 4–20mA and 0~10VDC analog control signals.
3. Multi-circuit shielded design improves anti-interference performance, suitable for harsh electromagnetic environments in petrochemical and oil & gas sites.
4. Equipped with dedicated industrial connectors on both ends for plug-and-play installation. It is factory-terminated with fixed length, no on-site crimping required.
5. Serves as intermediate connection component for signal circuits. It cannot work independently and must be used with matched AO modules and corresponding terminal boards to form complete signal loops.

Applications

1. Deployed in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD) for oil & gas, petrochemical, coal chemical, power plants and LNG facilities.
2. Supplied as spare parts for legacy Tricon control systems, used for maintenance, aged cable replacement and plant revamp. Cables for Trident platform are recommended for new projects.
3. Used for analog output circuits to connect control loops of regulating valves, actuators and valve positioners.
4. Typical applications: compressor anti-surge control, temperature & pressure regulation loops, flare modulating control and other analog safety control circuits.
