Integrated multi-type signal input & output with full channel configuration A single board integrates all field signal channels without multiple separate modules:

12 Analog Input (AI): 4-20mA pressure/flow transmitters with HART compatibility; 3 channels for RTD temperature measurement and 3 channels for density frequency signals.
4 Analog Output (AO): 4-20mA control signals for regulating valves and actuators.
16 Optically isolated Digital Input (DI): Collect valve status, pump running signals, limit switches and alarm dry contacts.
12 Digital Output (DO): Drive solenoid valves, audible & visual alarms and interlock relays.
4 Pulse Inputs & 5 Pulse Outputs: Accumulate flow pulses from Coriolis and turbine meters for custody transfer metering.

On-board local intelligent signal preprocessing Equipped with independent processing chip to complete signal linearization, temperature & pressure compensation and flow pulse accumulation locally, reducing CPU load of the host and ensuring high accuracy for fiscal metering.
Full-channel built-in self-diagnosis Independently monitors open circuit, short circuit, overload and signal drift for every channel. Front panel LED indicators distinguish fault types, and fault codes are uploaded to the flow computer for rapid maintenance, complying with oil & gas metering calibration regulations.
Galvanic isolation & anti-interference performance Full opto-isolation between channels and between field side & system side. Floating signal design eliminates ground loop interference, suitable for sites with strong electromagnetic interference from inverters and high-power motors.
Modular expansion & rack compatibility Standard 6U plug-in rack design; up to 3 P144.R4 boards can be installed in one Spectra 600 host. Field wiring connects via backplane SKT-A/B/C connectors, DIP switches set board address, and redundant hot standby architecture is supported.
Fiscal metering compliance functions Optimized for oil & gas custody transfer applications, featuring precise pulse accumulation and temperature/density compensation to meet national metrology standards and API industry traceability requirements.

Long-distance oil & gas pipeline metering stations and distribution stations: Fiscal custody transfer metering of natural gas and crude oil; collect flow pulses, pipeline pressure, medium temperature & density signals, and output control signals for regulating valves and safety interlocks.
Oil & gas gathering stations and petrochemical feedstock metering: Accurate measurement for incoming/outgoing crude oil and LPG, control of shut-off valves, pump start/stop and overpressure interlock alarms.
LNG filling stations and tank farm monitoring: Real-time collection of tank level, temperature and pressure, tank farm safety interlock and emergency shut-off valve control.

Fine chemical process metering loops: Precise flow control for liquid raw material blending.
Power plant fuel gas metering stations: Fiscal accounting of intake gas flow for gas turbines.

Manufacturer Status: The P144.R4 matching Daniel Spectra 600 has been fully obsoleted, and Emerson has launched new-generation flow computers as replacements. No brand-new original units are produced by the factory.
Market Supply: Only surplus overseas stock and refurbished second-hand modules are available through intermediate traders, all classified as resold spare parts.
Procurement Reminder: State-owned oil & gas enterprises reject second-hand resold spare parts for audit compliance; new projects shall adopt I/O modules matched with the latest generation flow computers. Private oil & gas stations and overseas old equipment maintenance projects can purchase surplus stock spare parts.
